How to choose a cap that fits like a glove!

XL (Extra Large)

Cut for heads that are much deeper (measured from the tops of the ears to top of the head) and are also larger in circumference than average heads.

Classic Cut

Cut for heads that are moderately deeper (measured from the tops of the ears to top of the head) and an average circumference.

Mid-Fit

Cut for heads with an average depth (measured from the tops of the ears to top of the head) and an average circumference.

Extreme Fit

Cut for heads with a shallower depth (measured from the tops of the ears to top of the head) and a circumference that is slightly smaller than average. Often considered AHEAD’s true "unisex" cap pattern.

Ladies’ Cut

Cut specifically for ladies shot typically have a shallower depth (measured from the tops of the ears to top of the head) and a circumference that is smaller than average.

Youth Size

Cut to fit children of ages 3-12 years old. Often, after age 10, children can typically wear Extreme Fit caps.

Toddler Size

Cut to fit infants and toddlers of ages 6 months to 2 years old. At age 3, children can typically move up a size to Youth caps.
