AHEAD In Full Swing This Week At The 2010 PGA Merchandise Show

New Bedford, Mass., Jan. 27, 2010 — AHEAD has a full agenda this week during the 57th PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Fla, Jan. 28-30. The company will be showcasing its new headwear, apparel and accessories along with two new ornamentation programs to more than 35,000 retailers. Additionally, the AHEAD and Kate Lord booths (4745/4773) will be buzzing with exciting activities and games.

Here Is A Preview:

Kate Lord by AHEAD with be unveiling a new caps, short sleeve tees, sweatshirts and accessories all with unique crystal designs and logos. The collection will add glitter and sparkle to any wardrobe.

 

AHEAD has become the exclusive licensee of the Golf Digest logod golf course recognition program. As the official licensee, AHEAD will offer its customers the opportunity to co-brand its hats, apparel and accessories with Golf Digest logos. A special section of the booth will display the Golf Digest logos available to eligible courses, such as America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses, Best Courses In State, America’s Toughest Courses, 75 Best Golf Resorts and its famous Best Places to Play star-ranking.

AHEAD will have lifeguards on hand for its official launch of the SOS headwear program. SOS stands for Smart Ornamentation Sells. After 15 years in the business, AHEAD is the expert in ornamentation and which type of logo designs sell the best. It will debut its 2010 logo designs and work closely with accounts in choosing the best designs to generate more shop sales.

AHEAD and Kate Lord will be introducing new fall pieces in its high-performance polo collection, eco-friendly collection and outerwear. AHEAD and Kate Lord has also added new tech caps to it headwear line.

Activities and Special Events:

Friday, Jan. 29, 5 p.m.: Annual Hat Drop – Hundred of hats will be dropped from the convention center ceiling between the AHEAD and Kate Lord booths. It is an amazing site and a great opportunity to catch a cap.

Friday, Jan. 29, 5 p.m.: LPGA standout Brittany Lincicome will be signing autographs in the KATE LORD booth. Come by and meet the winner of the 2009 Kraft Nabisco Championship.

Daily Games and Prizes: Try your luck at the S.O.S. Corn Hole game, where you throw ‘corn bags’ through a hole and win AHEAD product. 

AHEAD and Kate Lord have one of the largest booth at the PGA Merchandise Show. The booths (4757/4773) are centrally located in the apparel section of the convention center.
