NEW BEDFORD, Mass., April 11, 2007 - AHEAD tour staff members Retief Goosen and Brittany Lincicome finished tied for second in their respective tour’s first major of the year.  Goosen played very solid in tough conditions during the weekend rounds at the Masters. He was the only player in the field to shoot under par on both Saturday and Sunday. At the Kraft Nabisco Championship, Lincicome fired rounds of 72-71-71-72 to finish one shot behind the winner. Her second place finish puts her in the top ten on the LPGA Money List.

At Augusta National, Goosen sported the new 2007 line of AHEAD Hybridwear and CoolMax performance apparel. The hybridwear polos in the line feature a cotton/poly blend whose performance properties are enhanced with raglan sleeves and a mesh back. Goosen also wore color coordinating AHEAD Extreme headwear. Other AHEAD headwear staff members playing well at the Masters were Luke Donald (T-10), Jim Furyk (T-13) and Charles Howell III (T-30).

Lincicome joined the AHEAD staff earlier this year to promote the popular Kate Lord Collection.  The collection combines classic styles with new technical performance fabrics, a sharp look both on and off the course. During the Kraft Nabisco Championship, Lincicome wore the bright colored moisture wicking polos with color coordinating skorts and headwear.
